Die klassische pflanzliche Tofu-Wurst
Alle Sorten von “Ich bin keine Wurst” und “Ich bin keine Bratwurst” eignen sich zum Anbraten, auf dem Grill und zum kalt essen. Sie sind saftig, haben eine gute Konsistenz, einen feinen Geschmack mit einem Charakter, den die Leute sofort mögen: Es schmeckt nach mehr! Die Lebensmittel der Linie “Ich bin keine Wurst” und “Ich bin keine Bratwurst” eignen sich ausgezeichnet für hunderte von Rezepten, auch für gastronomische Anwendungen für vegane Gourmet-Style Gerichte. Der hohe Eiweißgehalt ermöglicht feine und nahrhafte Speisen in höchster veganer BioQualität. Alle lassen sich sehr gut anbraten und bilden dabei eine fein schmeckende goldbraune Oberfläche mit Maillard-Reaktion.

Schwammig

Von der Konsistenz her ist dieses Produkt eher schwammig und hat nicht das knackige, dass man von einer Wurst erwarten würde. Wir haben die Wurst einfach in kleine Scheiben geschnitten und diese angebraten, so wurde die Konsistenz etwas besser.
Der Geschmack ist jedoch sehr gut! Das kommt wieder auf den Teller!
