Sehr gutes Produkt. Ich koche ihn zuerst 10 Min in Bouillon, das nimmt dem Tempeh den bitteren Geschmack und danach braten!

Tolle Alternative zu Tofu, etwas mehr nussig. Im Vergleich zu anderen Tempehs auch ohne den teils etwas muffigen Nebengeschmack. Am liebsten im Ofen angberaten und einer Tahinisauce!
