Eine fertig gewürzte Tofuzubereitung mit Biss. Einfach in der Pfanne anbraten - fertig! Auch als Fleisch-Ersatz in indischen Curry-Gerichten. Masalas sind verschiedene indische Gewürzzubereitungen zur Zubereitung von Currys. Sie werden in jeder Region, jedem Ort, ja jedem Haushalt anders zusammengestellt - bei Lord of Tofu mit einer würzigen, aber nicht scharfen Mischung.

Zubereitung:

  • Die Tofu Chunks in Olivenöl bei mittlerer Hitze anbraten 5-10min
  • Sojasahne hinzufügen
  • Nach Belieben salzen
  • Dazu Reis und Gemüse servieren

Uns sagte weder die Konsistenz noch der Geschmack etwas.

Bester Hühnchenersatz ever!!

Ich haben schon einige Produkte probiert, die als Hühnchenersatz amgepriesen werden. Tofu Chunks Masala überzeugt mich zu 100%. Wir haben sie nicht angebraten, sondern in einem indischen Curry mitgekocht. Die Konsistenz ist fantastisch, der Geschmack auch. Fast wie echt ;).

Knusprig und lecker

Endlich habe ich gewürzten Tofu gefunden, die wirklich nach etwas schmecken! Ausserdem ist das Produkt Bio zertifiziert. Am besten in einer Pfanne braten, damit es ein bisschen knusprig ist!
