Viel Zeit und Ge­duld braucht der An­bau von Wald-Hei­del­bee­ren, denn im Ver­gleich zu ge­wöhn­li­chen Zucht-Hei­del­bee­ren braucht es meh­re­re Jah­re bis man Pflan­zen im Wald als kon­trol­lier­ten Wild­wuchs set­zen und schliess­lich Früch­te da­von ern­ten kann. Da­bei un­ter­schei­den sich Wald­bee­ren noch in an­de­ren Punk­ten von der Zucht-Hei­del­bee­re aus dem Su­per­markt: sie sind klei­ner, ge­schmacks­in­ten­si­ver und müs­sen schnel­ler ver­ar­bei­tet wer­den. Folg­lich be­son­ders scho­nend geht man bei der Saft­pro­duk­ti­on mit den sen­si­blen Bee­ren um. Ohne künst­li­che Zu­sät­ze wird un­ser na­tur­be­las­se­ner Biot­ta Saft aus den Bio-Wald­hei­del­bee­ren her­ge­stellt. So bleibt das be­son­de­re Aro­ma der Frucht er­hal­ten. Die lang­wie­ri­ge und in­ten­si­ve Ar­beit zahlt sich aus: be­lohnt wird man mit ei­nem be­son­ders ge­nuss­vol­len Saft für Gross und Klein.
