Klein im Wuchs – gross im Geschmack
Erst um 1960 wur­de Ho­lun­der in Eu­ro­pa an­ge­baut. Da­bei fie­len schnell die vie­len po­si­ti­ven Ei­gen­schaf­ten des Bau­mes, wie ge­rin­ge An­fäl­lig­keit und gute Frost­här­te auf, so dass die Pflan­ze schnell an Po­pu­la­ri­tät ge­wann und heu­te kaum mehr aus der eu­ro­päi­schen Land­schaft weg­zu­den­ken ist. Für un­se­ren Biot­ta Ho­lun­der­saft wird die Ho­lun­der­sor­te Hasch­berg ver­wen­det, die hoch­wer­tigs­te und ge­schmacks­in­ten­sivs­te Ho­lun­der­sor­te. Be­son­ders scho­nend und von Hand wer­den die schwar­zen Bee­ren zum Ende des Som­mers ge­ern­tet und an­schlies­send ge­presst. So ent­steht in un­se­rer Ma­nu­fak­tur ein na­tur­be­las­se­ner Saft ohne künst­li­che Zu­sät­ze und die Zu­ga­be von Kris­tall­zu­cker. Auf­grund der scho­nen­den Her­stel­lung schmeckt der Saft ge­nuss­voll und fruch­tig mild. Ho­lun­der ist Gross und Klein be­kannt und dies aus gu­tem Grund. Leicht er­wärmt ist der Saft eine be­son­de­re Wohl­tat.
