Die Vielfalt der indischen Küche lässt sich nicht in Worte fassen. Und erst recht nicht in einen einzigen Topf. Beltane würdigt die indische Kochkultur daher mit ganzen vier landestypischen Zubereitungsvarianten für Geflügel: Chicken Kashmir, Chicken Tandoori, Chicken Tikka und Madras Curry. Beim Madras Curry würzen Sie die Fleischalternative und die fruchtigen Tomaten bereits beim Anbraten mit einer feinen Komposition aus Koriander, Kurkuma, Fenchel und vielen weiteren kostbaren Gewürzen. Nach dem Ablöschen schmecken Sie das Gericht mit einer zweiten Auswahl erlesener Kräuter gekonnt ab. Gesund, schnell und lecker – mit 100% natürlichen Zutaten!

Zubereitung:
300 g Fleischalternative (Tofu, Seitan, Soja, Dinki)
100 g Tomaten
100 ml Wasser

1. Tomaten in Würfel schneiden, Wasser bereitstellen.
2. 2 Esslöffel Speiseöl zusammen mit der Würzmischung 1 (kleiner Beutel) in eine nicht-haftende Pfanne geben. Anschließend Kochplatte erhitzen. Sobald die Gewürze ihren Duft verströmen, Fleischalternative zugeben und kräftig anbraten. Tomaten zugeben und weiterbraten.
3. Wasser angießen, Würzmischung 2 (großer Beutel) einrühren und bei geschlossenem Deckel in 5 Minuten fertig garen. Gelegentlich umrühren.

Tipp:
Dazu passt Basmati-Reis oder Fladenbrot. Mit 1 Esslöffel Soja-Sahne verfeinern.
