Das natürliche Plus an Bekömmlichkeit
Sau­er­kraut wird be­reits seit Jahr­tau­sen­den her­ge­stellt und ist für sei­ne po­si­ti­ven Wir­kun­gen auf den mensch­li­chen Kör­per be­kannt. Zur Her­stel­lung wird fein ge­ho­bel­ter, ro­her Weiss­kohl ge­sal­zen und meh­re­re Wo­chen in Si­los ein­ge­la­gert. Un­ter Aus­schluss von Luft fin­det ein na­tür­li­cher Gä­rungs­pro­zess (Fer­men­ta­ti­on) statt, bei dem aus dem ge­mü­see­ige­nen Zu­cker im Bio-Weiss­kohl Milch­säu­re ent­steht. So ent­wi­ckelt sich der ty­pi­sche sau­re Ge­ruch und Ge­schmack des Sau­er­krauts. Wäh­rend die­sem Pro­zess ent­steht zum ei­nen das Sau­er­kraut selbst, zum an­de­ren der Sau­er­kraut­saft. Dank der Milch­säu­re ist der Biot­ta Vi­tal Sau­er­kraut be­son­ders be­kömm­lich. Zu­dem ist Biot­ta Vi­tal Sau­er­kraut eine Quel­le von na­tür­li­chem Vit­amin C.

Ganz und gar nicht mein Ding!

Ich wollte das mal probieren, weil's ja gesund sein soll... Aber ich hab's echt nicht runter gebracht! Das ist wohl wirklich absolut Geschmackssache.
