Trockenpilze in kleinen Mengen dienen eher zum Würzen, Trockenpilze in grösseren Mengen machen sich bestens in Suppen, Aufläufen und Pilzgemüsen. Würziges, kräftiges Aroma!

Anwendung
Zum Einweichen in einem selbstverständlich sauberen Gefäss, wird wenig Wasser verwendet, das warm, aber nicht heiss sein soll.

Besonderheiten
Das Einweichwasser nicht wegschütten. Es ist - abgesehen vom Bodensatz mit Sand- und Erdresten (feines Teesieb verwenden) ein willkommener Aromaverstärker für die direkte oder spätere Verwendung.
