An der intensiven Sonne Süditaliens gedeiht die Bergamotte. Ihr fruchtiger, herb-süsser Zitrusduft ist ein echter Helfer für Menschen, die zu Ängsten neigen. Das ätherische Öl empfiehlt sich bei seelischen Tiefpunkten. Stark photosensibilisierend, auf der Haut nicht an der Sonne und nicht unverdünnt anwenden.

Anwendung
Zur Raumbeduftung und für die persönliche Aromapflege. Für den Einsatz in der Aromatherapie die Fachliteratur konsultieren! Tipps: Zur Beruhigung nach angespannten Tagen einige Tropfen auf ein Taschentuch geben und neben das Kopfkissen legen Für die Aufhellung der Stimmung ein paar Tropfen in die Duftlampe geben. Bei aufkommenden Ängsten direkt am Fläschchen riechen.
