Dein Hack, ganz ohne Fleisch. Is(s) besser.
Fleischlose, aber trotzdem proteinreiche Ernährung beginnt mit dem Vantastic foods Soja-Granulat. Das fein geschnittene Soja kann durch seinen neutralen Geschmack für Rezepte aller Art verwendet werden, zum Beispiel für vegane Burger, Saucen oder Füllungen. Das Granulat gewinnen wir aus dem extrudierten Protein der Sojabohne und motivieren damit zu weniger Tierleid und bewussterer Ernährung.

ZUBEREITUNG
Das Granulat entweder in warmer Gemüsebrühe oder Soße einweichen. Alternativ kannst du es auch für 15 Minuten kochen, bis es weich ist. Anschließend nach Belieben in dein Lieblingsrezept einbauen.

Super vegetarian essen

In asiatisch Raum ist es bekannt für viele Sache möglich, heute habe ich mit Linsen gekocht, es war super fein, mit einem asiatisch Lauchs Teig zu Abendessen, ist absolut lecker!

Alles wie versprochen!!

Das Granulat wurde gut verpackt und war sehr trocken, so dass es lange haltbar bleiben wird. Der Geschmack ist ähnlich wie Soja, welches leicht geröstet wurde.
Das Granulat hat einen super Proteingehalt und Aminosäuren-Profil. Ausserdem sind (nach meiner Recherche) noch viele Nährstoffe wie Eisen enthalten.

Ich verwendete es zum backen, wozu ich es kurz in den Mixer gab und Mehl daraus machte. Dies mischte ich im Verhältnis 1:1 mit einem anderen Mehl der Wahl. Der Soja-Geschmackt kommt gut durch, wer es etwas weniger intensiv mag kann mehr anderes Mehl beigeben.
Ein Lieblingsgericht von mir ist, daraus vegane Spaghetti Bolognese zu machen, wird sehr fein!
Da es vorgeröstet ist kann man es auch gut ins Müsli oder Porridge am Morgen geben für den extra-Boost Proteine.
