Mein Omelett Ersatz, BIO
Pulver zur Zubereitung eines Erzeugnisses zum braten auf Kichererbsenbasis.

Zubereitung
1. Heize eine beschichtete Pfanne mit ca. 1 TL Öl auf mittlerer bis hoher Stufe gut vor und schwitze für die Füllung Gemüse Deiner Wahl darin an. Stelle das Gemüse anschliessend beiseite.
2. Verrühre nun mit einem Schneebesen den Packungsinhalt mit 130ml kaltem Wasser.
3. Gib etwas Öl und anschliessend die Masse in die heisse Pfanne, und schwenke sie, damit sich alles gut verteilt. Dann das Omelett 3 Minuten braten, wenden und von der anderen Seite nochmal 1 Minute braten.
4. Gib nun die Gemüsefüllung auf eine Omeletenhälfte und klappe dieses zusammen - fertig.
