Vegan und Bio! Es geht auch ohne Ei: Arche VegEgg ist DIE vegane Alternative zu Eiern. Mit dem vielseitigen und ergiebigen veganen Ei-Ersatz müssen Sie auf das Teiglockerungs- und Bindevermögen von Eiern nicht verzichten. Einfach mit kaltem Wasser angerührt können Sie Bio VegEgg in vielen Rezepten wie Rührkuchen, Waffeln, Pfannkuchen, Aufläufen und Gratins verwenden. Für die Zubereitung von Eierspeisen wie Rührei nicht geeignet.

Zubereitung:
1 leicht gehäuften EL (ca. 7,5 g) VegEgg mit 30 ml kaltem Wasser anrühren, 5 Min. quellen lassen und erneut gut durchrühren. Das angerührte VegEgg können Sie in Rezepten wie Ei verwenden.

super!

ich habe damit vegane pancakes gemacht (Hafermilch, Dinkelmehl, Backpulver, bisschen öl) und wir alle fanden das Resultat so gut dass wir diese Pancakes sicher auch nach "Veganuary" öfters machen werden, weil sie so fein & fluffig waren, auch gar nicht trocken!
