Sag Arrivederci zu Speck, Ei und Parmesan – Deine vegane Carbonara überzeugt ganz ohne tierische Zutaten. Geräucherte Shiitake-Pilze sorgen für Umami-Aroma und den authentisch-rauchigen Speck-Geschmack. Dank Cashew und Hefeflocken schmeckt deine vegane Carbonara typisch käsig und natürlich lecker. Die Sauce ist in nur wenigen Minuten fertig – einfach 250 ml Wasser und 50 ml Kochcreme hinzugeben und kurz aufkochen. Ideal zu Pasta aller Art oder auch für vegane Carbonara Muffins oder veganen Flammkuchen perfekt geeignet. Natürlich vegan, glutenfrei und in bester Bio-Qualität.
