Saftig-frische Spezialität der orientalischen Küche - aus dem Rapunzel Türkei-Projekt. Besonders typisch für den östlichen Mittelmeerraum. Die zarten Weinblätter werden von Hand mit Reis und Gewürzen befüllt und in Olivenöl eingelegt.

Herstellung
Die zarten Weinblätter werden kurz in Wasser gekocht und anschließend von Hand mit vorgegartem Reis und den Gewürzen befüllt. Eingelegt in Olivenöl bleiben die Dolmas saftig und frisch.
