Feinste Bourbon-Vanille, gemahlen, aus Madagaskar. Das praktische, wiederverschließbare Glas garantiert das volle Vanillearoma. Durch ihre einzigartige Note verleiht die „Königin der Gewürze“ zahlreichen Speisen das gewisse Etwas.

Dosierung und Anwendung:
15 g Biovegan Bourbon-Vanille, gemahlen, im Glas entsprechen ca. 6 ganzen vermahlenen Vanille-Schoten. Aufgrund des hohen Vanillingehalts der Schoten, reicht bereits eine Prise aus, um Gerichte und Süßspeisen sowie Gebäcke zu verfeinern. Auch herzhafte Speisen wie Essig, Öl, Salz, Pfeffer oder Senf können wunderbar mit Vanille kombiniert werden.
