Produktinformationen "Vollreis Swiss Reis-Drink Bio, 1L - Soyana"

Soyana Swiss Reis-Drink Vollreis wird nur aus biologischem, ungeschältem Vollreis hergestellt. Die Körner werden mit Wasser vermahlen und mit Enzymen fermentiert. Dabei wird die Reisstärke durch einen natürlichen Prozess in Glucose gespalten, wodurch die milde Süsse entsteht. Der Fermentationsprozess wird durch Erhitzen beendet und die Faserstoffe werden abzentrifugiert. Beim beigefügten Öl handelt es sich um das wertvolle High-Oleic Sonnenblumenöl, dem das produktionsbedingte Erhitzen aufgrund seines Fettsäurespektrums nicht schadet. Die Swiss Reis-Drinks von Soyana werden mit Liebe zubereitet. Die innere Ausgeglichenheit und Freude übertragen sich auf die hergestellten Lebensmittel und beeinflussen auch den Konsumenten positiv.
