Moscato D'Asti
Nach der Hälfte der Gärung durch Kühlung gestoppt, und dadurch nur 5,5% Alkohol und ein angenehmes Prickeln, wunderbar herausgearbeitetes Muskataroma, im Piemont trinkt man ihn nach dem Essen zu Nuss- und Mandelgebäck.

Azienda Agricola Erbaluna
Mit vereinten Familienkräften. Ein sympathischer, klassischer und für piemontesische Verhältnisse angenehm unaffektierter Familienbetrieb, von dem wir seit vielen Jahren hervorragende Weine mit viel Typizität beziehen. Die etwas verschlossen wirkenden Baroli entfalten sich nach entsprechender Reife gigantisch. Wie überall im Piemont wurde auch bei den Obertos der Keller in den letzten Jahren modernisiert. In ihrem Selbstverständnis bleiben sie "moderne Traditionalisten". Die neuen Gärtanks helfen, in kürzerer Zeit mehr Frucht, Aromatoffe und Farbe zu extrahieren, und die Tanninstruktur bleibt gut gebaut, wirkt aber feiner gewoben. Das macht die Weine in der Jugend freundlicher, ohne dass das Reifepotential darunter leidet. Konventionelle Baroloweine in vergleichbarer Qualität werden heute oft deutlich teurer gehandelt, das Preis-Qualitätsverhältnis ist hier optimal.

Lecker
