Die leckere Schlagfix Schlagcreme von LeHa gibt es jetzt auch als ungesüßte Variante. Ihr wurde kein weiterer Zucker, als der bereits von Natur aus gering enthaltene Anteil, zugefügt- 2g Zucker auf 100g Schlagfix. Dieser milchfreie, rein pflanzliche Sahneersatz hat 43% weniger Kalorien als handelsübliche Milchsahne und eignet sich durch ihren vergleichsweise neutralen Geschmack für die volle Bandbreite der kulinarischen Genüsse- egal ob zum Schlagen, in Desserts und auf Kuchen oder zum Verfeinern von Soßen und Pfannengerichten. Perfekt nicht nur für normale Verbraucher, sondern gerade auch für professionelle Anwender.

Die Schlagfix Schlagcreme lässt sich im aufgeschlagenen Zustand einfrieren und als Eis oder Sorbet genießen. So gelingt Ihnen ganz leicht das leckerste vegane Eis genau nach Ihren Vorstellungen. Selbstverständlich kann einmal eingefrorenes Schlagfix auch wieder aufgetaut und ganz normal als Schlagcreme genutzt werden. Das Produkt ist gefrierstabil.

Verwenden Sie Schlagfix universelle Schlagcreme genau wie herkömmliche Sahne. Das beste und stabilste Aufschlagergebnis erreichen Sie bei mittlerer Aufschlaggeschwindigkeit und einer Aufschlagtemperatur des Produktes von 5 - 8 °C. Wir empfehlen deshalb, Schlagfix universelle Schlagcreme vor Gebrauch einige Stunden im Kühlschrank zu lagern. Ansonsten kann das Produkt bei Zimmertemperatur aufbewahrt werden.

Ideal für alles. Im Kaffe, zum backen, zum kochen, als Schlagsahne usw. Perfekte Sahneersatz! Der Einzige Beigeschmack ist, dass dafür Palmöl genutzt wird.

Super Sahne

Für mich ist diese veg.Sahne die beste Alternative. Wünsche mir dass das Palmkernöl durch ein anderes Öl ersetzt werten kann ohne dass der Geschmack verändert wird.

Sahne gesüsst rein vegetarisch

Die Sahne ist richtig gut und eine super Idee. Auch die Konsistenz aber auch der Geschmack ist wirklich richtig gut. Den Preis finde ich leider etwas zu hoch, besonders wenn ich dieses Produkt nun jeden Tag also immer und überall mit einfliessen lassen will, möchte. Auch die Lieferabkömmlichkeit ist nicht immer garantiert wegen starker Nachfrage. Ansonsten kann ich dieses Produkt jedem nur empfehlen.
